The PR Project is the basic element of every PR campaign. It is the first stage of all the following PR actions, which aim is to analyze customer's needs, possibilities, resources and the market itself.
The Project needs to present the main purposes of the campaign and the means by which they will be achieved.
The SWOT analysis is the key element and its aim is to define the strong and weak sides of the planned undertaking next to the chances and risks regarding the project and the customer himself.
Based on the information provided by the customer we create the Project, that consists of separate components regarding the company, the product or the service.
The Project becomes included to the agreement as an appendix between the agency and the customer.
